Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery time

Orders are freshly roasted, packed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days, anywhere in the UAE.

Shipping fees

Orders of 170 AED and above ship free.

Orders under 170 AED have a flat 19 AED delivery fee.

Subscriptions always ship free.

Delivery partner

We ship using Jeebly or a similar local delivery partner.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or goes missing, please contact us at hello@cozycatcoffee.me within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll help resolve it.

PO boxes & remote areas

If we’re unable to deliver to your address, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.
