Refund policy

What you can return

  • Coffee beans:
     

    • Unopened bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
       

    • Opened bags are not returnable unless there’s a quality or fulfilment issue (e.g., wrong item, damaged in transit, stale/defective). Taste preference isn’t eligible.
       

  • Equipment & merchandise (filters, mugs, grinders, apparel, etc.):
    Unused, in original packaging with tags, returnable within 30 days of delivery.
     

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, custom or personalized products, and any hazardous/pressurized goods.
     

If something’s wrong (damaged/defective/wrong item)

Please inspect your order when it arrives and email cozycatcoffeeroasters@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number, a short description, and photos. We’ll make it right (replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate).

How to start a return

  1. Email cozycatcoffeeroasters@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.
     

  2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and (when applicable) a prepaid label.
     

  3. Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.
     

Return shipping:

  • If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged/defective, we cover return shipping.

Exchanges

Fastest route: request a return → place a new order once approved. For damaged/defective items, we can exchange directly.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
