Rwanda Simbi – Natural Anaerobic: a high-altitude Rwandan coffee with intense strawberry, tropical fruit and candy sweetness, produced through oxygen-free fermentation at the legendary Simbi washing station. 1,800-2,100m, SCA 88+

  • Coffee is at its best 1–2 weeks after roasting, typically sooner for filter, a little later for espresso.

    It continues to maintain and develop flavour for up to 10 weeks and can be enjoyed at any stage.

    Coffee doesn’t expire, it simply changes over time.
