Coffee is at its best 1–2 weeks after roasting, typically sooner for filter, a little later for espresso.
It continues to maintain and develop flavour for up to 10 weeks and can be enjoyed at any stage.
Coffee doesn’t expire, it simply changes over time.

Reviews
This is a very interesting coffee, loads of strawberry and almost candy like sweetness, exactly as described. For me personally it was too intense for everyday drinking, but I’d still recommend it if you like more experimental or fruity coffees.
Wanna try something different, then this is the one. Much cheaper than competitors for this type of coffee
