Deep, syrupy cup with notes of dark fruit, rich brown sugar, and smooth cocoa. Grown in the highlands of Papua New Guinea, this coffee delivers a velvety body, gentle spice, and a clean chocolate finish.

Typica, washed, 1,500–1,900m, SCA 85+.

 

  • Coffee is at its best 1–2 weeks after roasting, typically sooner for filter, a little later for espresso.

    It continues to maintain and develop flavour for up to 10 weeks and can be enjoyed at any stage.

    Coffee doesn’t expire, it simply changes over time.
