Mexico Oaxaca – Washed. A high-altitude Oaxacan coffee with bright citrus, panela sweetness and notes of chocolate and stone fruit, grown in the misty mountains by smallholder farmers and carefully processed for exceptional clarity and balance. 1,500–1,900m, SCA 86.

  • Coffee is at its best 1–2 weeks after roasting, typically sooner for filter, a little later for espresso.

    It continues to maintain and develop flavour for up to 10 weeks and can be enjoyed at any stage.

    Coffee doesn’t expire, it simply changes over time.

    Loved every single drop

    Don’t know much about specialty coffee but this was a fantastic experience. Now I can not go back to average coffee anymore!
